I recently added the Shure SM7B to my audio setup, and I couldn't be more happy with the quality and clarity it brings to my recordings.

Galvojau apie Shure SM7dB, bet shure Shure SM7B man užtenka. Jam reikalingas apie 60db stiprinimas. Turiu rode caster duo ir pilnai užtenka stiprinimo. Galvojau ir apie rode podmic usb, bet jo garsas per daug traškus. Jei Shure SM7B garsas jums per duslus, galima pakeisti nustatymus pačiame mikrofone. Man patinka jo forma. Garsas šiltas, malonus. Brangus, bet jei norite gero dinaminio mikrofono su šiltu garsu, pirkite. Tik nepamirškite jam reiki 60 db stiprinimas. Jei jūsų garso kortą turi mažą stiprinimą jums reiks preampo garsui stiprinti, arba kitas variantas pirkti naują shure Shure SM7dB su įmontuotu stiprinimu. Arba jei turi rode cater pro 2 ar rode cater duo jums nereikia jokio papildomo stiprinimo ir shure SM7db jums nereikalingas, nes brangesnis 200 eurų ir shure SM7b yra per akis. Naujasis shure turi užrašą ir jungiklius kuriuos galite netyčią perjungti. Shure sm7b paprastas, graži forma, neutrali išvaizda, sunkokas, bet tikrai nėra baisiai didelis kaip galvojau. Pirkite :)

Greitas pristatymas, mikrofonas neužsistovėjęs, pagamintas prieš kelis mėnesius. Mikrofonas duslus, tamsus, pabrėžiami vokalo žemi. Reikia žiūrėti kaip tinka ir patinka prie balso kiekvienam asmeniškai. Renkantis dainavimui ar repavimui patarčiau pasilyginti su kondensatoriniu mikrofonu.

Since the start of the war, I've become a full-time streamer because both of my degrees aren't suitable for international work, so I had to turn my hobby into a job. I'd been using a 'gamer' USB Plug-n-play mic for years but I figured out I need an upgrade, a forever one, if you will. I had my eyes on the most obvious choice: Shure SM7B, since it's used by almost everyone in livestreaming circles. And NGL I wanted to get it from the official European Shure retailer store, even if the price for the mic and the arm was INSANE. And miraculously something went wrong on that website and it didn't take my order. I started looking up the Lithuanian websites recommended by that store, and found Soundium.

Lemme tell you that I've got 0 clue on what I needed. I thought that the mic itself is also kinda plug-n-play and BOY I WAS WRONG! This thing requires a ton of additional stuff, like a cloudlifter and a soundboard, not even talking about additional cords. How do I know that now? Because I wrote to WONDERFUL (seriously, thank you so much, magical people behind it!) support of the website, and they were super kind to explain to me what I needed to get additionally, correcting my assumptions and helping me to make the right choice.

Also I must say that the whole kit of the mic, 2 cords, much sturdier boom arm, a cloudlifter and a soundboard were technically (excluding the taxes) 30 euros more than the mic and the boom arm on the website of that official retailer. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE SCALE OF THE MISTAKE THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED?! OF course, if you add taxes on top, the difference is more than that, but anyway, it is insane!!

So now I'm writing this review after I've finished the set up of my streaming service and I've checked the sound on the recording. It sounds heavenly (excluding my voice, my voice is utterly horrible but no mic can change that) and I can finally stop worrying about my sound on the stream.

Very good microphone; big low-end which can be cut if it's too overwhelming, and similarly a presence boost can engaged to get the tonality you want. Very gain hungry and you need to decide if your pre-amp can handle it. Requires high-gain, low noise-floor for best performance; I have no need for a line-booster with my Komplete Audio 2, but I do run it at max gain.
Anybody who knows anything about this microphone knows to utilise the proximity effect to get the most out of it. Worth the investment; if you prefer a more bright microphone, the EV RE20 RE is a very solid choice.

Mano x-air 12 mixer su built-in MIDAS preamp uzteko be jokio cloudlifter, tik kad isspausti geriausios kokybes is jo reik zaist su EQ/Gate/Compressor. Su kitais interfeisais gali buti reikalingas cloudlifter.

Puikus dinaminis mikrofonas tiek vokalui, tiek instrumentam. Aptarnavimas greitas ir patogus.
